What do you get?
You will get a customized training program that is prepared specifically for you. I use your goals and your training availability to create your training program. I will work hard with you on race preparation strategies, nutrition planning, skill development, and perfecting your mental game. I provided my athletes with unlimited communication with me via phone, text, email and video conferencing. If you miss me, I commit to returning all emails, phone calls and text messages within four business hours.
Why does it work?
I take a 'no stone unturned' approach to preparing my athletes. I create training scenarios that will simulate race day. We create nutritional strategies that are tested in training, and make sure you have a confident mind that is in the right place on race day. I will teach you how to workout, fuel your body, recover, and race more intelligently. At the same time, we will also realize that triathlon should be a meaningful part of your life - not become your life. Achieving balance with life and sport is part of the key to success in sport!
